Who We Are
Our team was founded in Athens in 2011 by four friends and graduates of Anatolia College in Thessaloniki: Maria Vogiatzoglou, Mary Kanelli-Tziveli, Anna Liatsou, and Sandy Foundou.
During the early years of Greece’s financial crisis, we recognized the urgent need to support families with children who lacked access to basic essentials , food, hygiene products, clothing, footwear, and medical care.
From the very beginning, our philosophy has been rooted in social solidarity, human dignity, and personal contribution.
We don’t limit ourselves to distributing goods; we build genuine, ongoing relationships with the families we support, focusing on empowerment and social inclusion.

Over the years, our team has grown, embraced by dozens of friends and volunteers. This collective spirit led to the creation of the non-profit association “Stirixi” (Support), allowing us to organize our activities more effectively and strengthen our impact in the community.
Today, our 35 members (to be confirmed) form a dynamic and engaged network. The experienced members continue to guide with dedication, while the younger generation brings energy, fresh ideas, and innovative approaches.
Together, we share one vision: to offer support, opportunity, and hope, so that no family is left behind.
